OUR GUARANTEE
When catering with Caterman, the meal count guarantees need to be confirmed 7 days in advance of event for more than 100 people. If the head count is not verified 7 days in advance, the original count will be considered the guarantee. If order is placed for the same day function the meal count given will be considered the guarantee. The State of California requires sales tax on all foods that are served by our staff; hot foods, as well as beer, wine & carbonated beverages. All federal and state taxes will be applied to the costs of food & beverage total, in addition to a 15-18% gratuity. Service requiring staff to assist at said event will be charged accordingly.
WAIVER
Caterman waives any liability resulting from transport, refrigeration or preparation of said food by event guests, once Caterman staff delivers food to said location. Customer agrees to be responsible for any damages that occur to any of Caterman's property (Chafing dishes, Linens, Silverware, China, Crystal or any other Caterman property) while event is in progress. In the event damages are suffered, the cost of repairs and or replacements shall be billed to the client.
PAYMENT POLICY
For Corporate clients, payment shall be made upon delivery, unless credit has been established and accepted by Caterman management. All payments 30 days or more past-due, are subject to a finance charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is the responsibility of the client to notify Caterman Catering should it become necessary to cancel. Cancellation of the function will result in forfeit of 50% of the total function price. Only management of Caterman has the authority to disclaim this policy and determine if any refund is forthcoming.
